But customer service does not only mean being at the other end of the line reacting to issues, rather it means being extremely proactive behind the scenes making sure everything runs correctly so you don’t have to call or rely on reactive support.

Proactive Support

We are so dedicated to proactive customer service we assign a personal account manager to every client. These account managers keep an eye on every order, status, and result processed through your account.

Live Support

Our customer service includes a toll free customer service number which is monitored by our customer service team during regular business hours. Customer service hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Just call 415-332-4400.
